Canicross is trail-running with your dog pulling you on a bungee line - sled-dog style. We offer a range of options for learning how to canicross with your dog.
Dog walking
We are delighted to offer dog walking in our local area, HD7 Huddersfield. One-off or regular walks available, with large breed dogs very welcome.
Pet drop-in visits
Do you have cats or small animals who need feeding or other care while you're away? Let Actidog look after your furry family members with drop-in visits.

Hit the trails with Actidog
Actidog caters to all ages and experience levels, with several ways to get started.
Learn together with others in a group class, or get dedicated support in a 1:1 session designed just for you and your dog.
Regular monthly sessions based in Huddersfield and Wakefield, with other locations available upon request.
INDIVIDUAL TASTER SESSIONS
Learn how to go hands-free with your dog, whether that's at cani-hiking or canicross running pace.
Pick up the basics, try all the kit and get guidance in a dedicated one-hour session just for you and your dog on local woodland trails. All you need to bring is your dog, yourself and some suitable running gear!

What we offer
Dog walks from your doorstep - dedicated solo walks where all the focus is on your pup, not divided between other dogs on group walks.
Confident handling tailored to your dog's specific needs.

1/2 hour solo walk - £15
1 hour solo walk - £20

Additional dogs (same household) - £7 per dog

A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required upon booking to secure your chosen date(s).
One-off and regular weekly slots available, with discounts for bulk bookings.

Own transport available in case of emergencies.

Primary area covered - HD7, Huddersfield.

PET DROP-IN VISITS
We are experienced in cat and small animal care. Whether you're away for work or holidays, let Actidog look after your small furry friends in the comfort of their own home, where they'll feel safe and secure.

Feeding, litter tray / cage cleaning, giving medication, playtime and cuddles all included in your visit.
